Roma, capitale storica per eccellenza, ospita nel prestigioso Museo Venanzo Crocetti una rassegna di alto spessore culturale.
La Galleria “Il Collezionista”, sita nel cuore della capitale e dedita da 30 anni alla promozione, divulgazione e affermazione di artisti italiani e stranieri, ha organizzato per il tramite del presidente Roberto Giuliani e del direttore artistico il dott. Gabriele Giuliani, questo evento suggestivo e di notevole pregio dal titolo «Miti di Cappadocia».
Il Museo, quale sede espositiva, è stato scelto sia come polo di attrazione per la cultura del nostro tempo, sia per la sua fondamentale collocazione all’interno del territorio laziale, essendo un centro importante in cui si svolgono iniziative a carattere squisitamente intellettuale.
Aydanb Uğur Ünal mostra attraverso la bellezza della sua arte, concettuale e scientifica insieme, tutto quel complesso universo che ha caratterizzato nel corso dei secoli la Turchia; storie lontane dal Bosforo, miti e leggende di antiche divinità primordiali quali Cibele, la Madre Terra, le atmosfere dorate di Istanbul, i tramonti sul mar Egeo, il Corno d’Oro, la Cappadocia con i suoi paesaggi lunari, le valli e le antiche chiese rupestri. Tutto questo universo di ricordi e suggestioni viene bene articolato sulla tela grazie all’utilizzo del colore ad olio che dona particolare brillantezza alle rappresentazioni, ma soprattutto ci si sente trasportati nella sua particolare visione grazie alla complessità dello stile da lei adottato. L’artista infatti ha introdotto una tecnica pittorica da lei inventata dal nome “New Barocco Surreale”. Un titolo complesso che tuttavia è una necessaria chiave di lettura per avvicinarsi alle sue opere e comprenderle pienamente. I miti, le divinità, la Grande Madre Cibele; tutto viene trattato con una ricerca sulla superficie pittorica in cui il colore viene steso in modo densamente materico, ripetendo dei moduli, delle linee grafiche complesse che si articolano nello spazio e, mentre possono risultare complesse ad un primo approccio, divengono poi chiarissime quando si impara a leggerle con l’occhio del pensiero e della conoscenza.
Rome, the historic capital par excellence, is hosting a highly cultural event in the prestigious Venanzo Crocetti Museum.
The “Il Collezionista” Gallery, located in the heart of the capital and dedicated for 30 years to the promotion, dissemination and affirmation of Italian and foreign artists, has organized through the president Roberto Giuliani and the artistic director Dr. Gabriele Giuliani, this evocative event of considerable value entitled “Myths of Cappadocia”.
The Museum, as an exhibition venue, was chosen both as a pole of attraction for the culture of our time, and for its fundamental location within the Lazio region, being an important center where initiatives of a purely intellectual nature take place.
Through the beauty of her art, both conceptual and scientific, Aydan Uğur Ünal shows all that complex universe that has characterized Turkey over the centuries; stories far from the Bosphorus, myths and legends of ancient primordial divinities such as Cybele, Mother Earth, the golden atmosphere of Istanbul, the sunsets over the Aegean Sea, the Golden Horn, Cappadocia with its lunar landscapes, valleys and ancient cave churches. All this universe of memories and suggestions is well articulated on the canvas thanks to the use of oil color which gives particular brilliance to the representations, but above all one feels transported in her particular vision thanks to the complexity of the style she has adopted. In fact, the artist introduced a pictorial technique invented by her called “New Barocco Surreale”. A complex title which, however, is a necessary key to understanding her artworks and fully understanding them. The myths, the divinities, the Great Mother Cybele; everything is treated with a research on the pictorial surface in which the color is spread in a dense material way, repeating modules, complex graphic lines that are articulated in space and, while they can be complex at first approach, they then become very clear when you learn to read them with the eye of thought and knowledge.
